Who is this program for? Anyone who wants to create change in their lives. It will help you connect to and align with your highest potential. It speaks especially to those who want to understand their co-creative nature and engage in the process of change from an empowered standpoint. It offers those who desire support through the process of change the tools and guidance necessary to do so with intelligence and grace. It also works for those who simply want on-tap access to the yoga and meditative practices.
What is the time commitment? Essentially as much or as little time as you choose. The suggested practice plan is approximately 3-4 hours per week for five weeks to gain immediate momentum. You do not have to practice this often, it is entirely up to you how much or little you do. The components can be used on their own or mixed and matched however you choose.
How long do I have access for? You will have lifetime access to the content. You may also download the audio and video files to your own device so you have access to them wherever you are.
What sort of yoga is it? The Flow Yoga Practice is slow and juicy with space to move in the way you choose. There are no hard and fast rules. You cannot do it wrong. The Slow Yoga Practice is a Yin-style practice, which is deep and restorative. In the Yin practice each pose is held for a long duration of time.
Is it suitable for beginners or people with injuries? Yes, this course is suitable for beginners. If you have an injury or health concern and are unsure how to modify to suit your needs it is suggested that you seek guidance before embarking on the practices alone. It has not been is not possible to cover every possible modification in one video.

Who is your host? This program was created by me – Jessica Dawson – as a product of my own journey from a life of burden, overwhelm and confusion to a life that now excites me and is moving me in the direction of my true potential and contentment. I bring together my expertise in healing, yoga and meditative practices and the wisdom of the heart that connects us with all life to create direct access to the experience of joy in the here and now, while sewing in seeds of change for the future!
