Meditation for Love & Joy
Daily Meditation - 11 minute audio
The meditation is designed to be practiced daily for a minimum of 11 minutes, more if you can. It is necessary to practice repeatedly so as to entrain the energy. The longer and more regularly you practice the deeper the result.
You will initially want to practice while listening to the recording as a guide. Once you are familiar with the practice you may prefer to practice on your own, referring to the audio only when you need particular support to drop into the energy of loving Joy.
TIP: It is helpful to set an alarm for the time you have available to practice, so you don’t need to worry about keeping track of time. You may also like to download this audio so you can take it anywhere with you.
