Yoga Nidra for Joy

Yoga Nidra is a systematic process of release that takes us deep into the subconscious where we are able to influence patterns and ways of being. This mediation will assist you to create new belief systems and move through any subconscious blocks to the experience of Joy. It includes an exploration of feeling states to cleanse the emotional body and restore equanimity.
You will have the opportunity to set an intention in the form of a positive affirmation such as “Joy is my natural state of being”, “I choose Joy”, “I deserve Joy” or “Life is Joyful”. The possibilities are infinite. The guided self-inquiry exercises may help you to uncover the affirmations that are most suited for you. Ultimately, allow your heart to lead to you the affirmation that best serves you. You may change the affirmation each time or repeat the same one as you feel called.
This meditation is designed to be listened to lying down. Practice once a week or as often as desired.
